Yes, I have got caught up in the "Photo-a-Day" challenge that has been promoted worldwide, I suppose by all those Internet photo companies that have sprung up over the last year or two...
As most people in the scrapbooking world, I also endeavour to not only take the photos but also journal them in the form of a 6x6" album. This is the fist time I'm working with such a small format but it works well, and reasonably quickly, for this project.
As I don't have facilities to print my own photos, I'm always at least a month behind with the pages, but will post batches on a regular basis...
This was at the annual dinner of the handbell section of the churchbell ringers' guild (i.e. all these people do the handbells as an "also run" activity while mainly ringing church bells - as opposed to the real handbell ringers who are much better at it). This funny picture was a side activity called "representing church bells and walking change ringing". I was the missing number 1 and the numbers we had around our necks were the numbers of the bells we represented. It was a total laugh - you wouldn't believe how hard it was to do although we only walked Plain Hunt which is the easiest of the methods...
