Yes, I have got caught up in the "Photo-a-Day" challenge that has been promoted worldwide, I suppose by all those Internet photo companies that have sprung up over the last year or two...
As most people in the scrapbooking world, I also endeavour to not only take the photos but also journal them in the form of a 6x6" album. This is the fist time I'm working with such a small format but it works well, and reasonably quickly, for this project.
As I don't have facilities to print my own photos, I'm always at least a month behind with the pages, but will post batches on a regular basis...
Today's photo is a bit uninspired because for a change nothing was happening, and I wasn't in the mood to MAKE anything happen either... So this is just bags of leaves - the council has them cleared away from the roads and pavements before they all get mucky, slippery and fill up the drains... The RBC on the sacks stands for Runnymede Borough Council. If anybody is interested in more of our local history, here is a link to what the National Trust has to say about Runnymede (our county is named after that famous piece of land in it where the Magna Carta was signed).
