Yes, I have got caught up in the "Photo-a-Day" challenge that has been promoted worldwide, I suppose by all those Internet photo companies that have sprung up over the last year or two...
As most people in the scrapbooking world, I also endeavour to not only take the photos but also journal them in the form of a 6x6" album. This is the fist time I'm working with such a small format but it works well, and reasonably quickly, for this project.
As I don't have facilities to print my own photos, I'm always at least a month behind with the pages, but will post batches on a regular basis...
For about 10 years now, I have been running a crafts group with up to 70 people at one time, all making cards and little goodies that we sell for charity. The group is called "Stitches for Presents" (see link on my other blog) because in the beginning all the members were cross stitchers and all the goodies were needlecrafts and we didn't sell them but gave them as Christmas presents to some homes for the elderly, for orphans and for terminally ill children. We still do some of that but mostly now we make cards which get sold via house parties and at church, and the money donated to various charities we agreed on. The tag reads: "A batch of SfP cards, mainly made by Margaret, one of our most prolific members. The group is currently 40 members strong, producing loads!"
Paper is Club Scrap "Mother's Day"; number stickers from CS "Wedding" kit and the alphas and sentiment stickers are also from a CS kit - it might have been "Kit for a Cause" but I'm not sure...
