Yes, I have got caught up in the "Photo-a-Day" challenge that has been promoted worldwide, I suppose by all those Internet photo companies that have sprung up over the last year or two...
As most people in the scrapbooking world, I also endeavour to not only take the photos but also journal them in the form of a 6x6" album. This is the fist time I'm working with such a small format but it works well, and reasonably quickly, for this project.
As I don't have facilities to print my own photos, I'm always at least a month behind with the pages, but will post batches on a regular basis...
It's so sad: our tomatoes have all got the blight! It seems to be a bad year for it, what with the strange weather we've been having. Even the Tomato Festival got cancelled... Anyway, Sean spent a lot of effort on the tomatoes, cutting off affected bits, shaving bits off stems, and we've taken off the green tomatoes from those plants that were too badly hit and had to be destroyed. There's a whole garden table full of them now, waiting to ripen - they won't be as nice as they could but hopefully not all is lost. I've been looking for "green tomato" dishes...
