Sean the Chef, for a change. Today he brought cooking apples, and he's showing me how to do a quick Baked Apple in the microwave. We don't normally have deserts - but these were yummie (Sean's with honey, mine with coconut and cinnamon) and they were so quick to make and fun to watch volcanoeing out the hole in the middle!

Day 263 - September 20
