It's difficult to photograph rain, especially at night, so the water butt was a good way to document this incredible night shower. Both our butts had been empty for several days and we had to take water from the mains to water the veg because it hadn't had a decent bit of rain in a long time. Then all of a sudden, tonight, the heavens opened and out came a deluge that filled the butts up literally within minutes!

Day 245 - September 2
