Yes, I have got caught up in the "Photo-a-Day" challenge that has been promoted worldwide, I suppose by all those Internet photo companies that have sprung up over the last year or two...
As most people in the scrapbooking world, I also endeavour to not only take the photos but also journal them in the form of a 6x6" album. This is the fist time I'm working with such a small format but it works well, and reasonably quickly, for this project.
As I don't have facilities to print my own photos, I'm always at least a month behind with the pages, but will post batches on a regular basis...
It was at the beginning of March that I finally felt ready to pick up scrapbooking again and this was my first LO after almost a year of non-crafting. It felt decidedly odd at first, but I was happy with the result and soon got into it as fervently as ever. The LO shows Sean paddling in the Salmon Steps at the river Barle during a canoeing club trip several years ago when he had to rescue another paddler and his belongings out of this weir.
Papers and alphas used on this page are the same as used on the LO shown: Club scrap "Weather" and "Salsa"; plus 3D stickers from Jolee's Boutique.
