Yes, I have got caught up in the "Photo-a-Day" challenge that has been promoted worldwide, I suppose by all those Internet photo companies that have sprung up over the last year or two...
As most people in the scrapbooking world, I also endeavour to not only take the photos but also journal them in the form of a 6x6" album. This is the fist time I'm working with such a small format but it works well, and reasonably quickly, for this project.
As I don't have facilities to print my own photos, I'm always at least a month behind with the pages, but will post batches on a regular basis...
When we first moved into this house four years ago, Sean decided to completely redo the electric wiring and the heating system, and then redecorate the rooms. He got as far as finishing the living room and master bedroom (both in the front of the house), then started at the second bedroom which is to be his work room when finished. He got the heating pipes under the floor but the radiator never went back on and nothing else got done - instead he lumped it full of "stuff" - DIY things, electronic things, boxes, dust sheets... Since then - which was about 3 years ago - nothing has changed. Now he finally promised to finish the room this year - I thought I take a "BEFORE" picture - let's see how long until the "AFTER" one!
Paper is from Club Scrap "Workbench"; alphas from Making Memory "Alpha Confetti"; peel-offs from Craft Creations; diecuts from MME.
