Burns' Night celebration at the local Scottish Club. I'm far left in the picture with some of my friends around me (Richard to my right; Mark to my left next to Trisha and Peter). The celebration always consists of a traditional Scottish supper with Cockadoodle soup; Haggis with Neeps and Tatties; and a dessert. The haggis gets piped in whole on a platter and praised in the "Address to the Haggis", a Burns piece. There's also Scottish Country dancing and some entertainment, partly by the "ADSS Singers" (see my earlier LO).The paper is from Club Scrap kit "Mother's Day"; the alphas are "Freedom"; the silk heather is from Craft Creations; and the tartan ribbon was just a scrap left in my stash.
