Yes, I have got caught up in the "Photo-a-Day" challenge that has been promoted worldwide, I suppose by all those Internet photo companies that have sprung up over the last year or two...
As most people in the scrapbooking world, I also endeavour to not only take the photos but also journal them in the form of a 6x6" album. This is the fist time I'm working with such a small format but it works well, and reasonably quickly, for this project.
As I don't have facilities to print my own photos, I'm always at least a month behind with the pages, but will post batches on a regular basis...
Back to the weather: with more rain, the flooding got worse - the problem was the drains not coping. One morning they even closed the road in front of our house (it's a main A-road and also the only way to get to our driveway...). Luckily by afternoon the water was gone enough for them to reopen the road...
Paper is Club Scrap kit "Collections" red and cutout from "Road Trip"; umbrella and bubble puddle from Jolee's Boutique; and peel-offs from Craft Creations.
